A One Week Sprint for an Airline App Upgrade
Problem
When testing the current Ryanair app, our team recognized the ticket buying process as time consuming, difficult to navigate, provides unclear feedback and continuously pressures the customer to purchase unwanted additions, leading to an unsatisfying ending.
Solution
To build more trust and satisfaction between Ryanair and their customers by reducing the pressure on the user, displaying more positive feedback, increasing transparency and improving the app's guidance to simplify the ticket buying process.
